Within the framework of the annual European Public Health Conference, the project officer of the WHO CC, together with two experts, hosted the workshop 'Advocating for sexuality education for children and young people with disabilities' on 11 November 2021.

On 22 October 2021, the project officer of the WHO CC held a lecture on 'Sexuality education as a lifelong process - recommendations of WHO and the German Federal Centre for Health Education on sexuality education for children and young people in Europe'

The article 'Barriers to sexuality education for children and young people with disabilities in the WHO European Region: a scoping review', written by Prof Dr Kristien Michielsen and Laura Brockschmidt, is now available in full length

The WHO CC hosted an online meeting of the European Expert Group on Sexuality Education. Along with presentations on different studies, the event also involved fruitful discussion and exchange on the immediate visible effects of the pandemic in the field of sexual and reproductive health in the experts' countries.
